2012 — The beginning: MM Corp
Moffadal Bhukhiya founded MM Corp in 2012 as an import-focused trading company — bringing in powertools and construction equipment from international markets. This built a deep understanding of international trade, customs, documentation, and what buyers actually need from a reliable supplier.
2019 — The pivot: entering agriculture
Recognising a strong global demand for high-quality, traceable Indian Basmati rice, MM Corp merged with BABJEEXPORTS in 2019 — pivoting fully into agricultural exports. The import experience became an unexpected advantage: we understood what international buyers expect, because we had been one.
