Paddy ProcurementSourcing
01

Paddy Procurement

We source paddy directly from trusted farmers across Haryana — offering above-mandi prices to encourage pesticide-free cultivation. Every incoming lot is tested for grain length, moisture, and chemical residue before it enters our facility.

Moisture < 14% · Pesticide screening · Direct farmer sourcing
Pre-CleaningCleaning
02

Pre-Cleaning

Incoming paddy passes through pre-cleaners that remove dust, straw, stones, and unfilled grains using air aspiration and vibrating screens — ensuring only the best paddy enters the milling line.

Air aspiration · Vibrating screens · Stone removal
ParboilingProcessing
03

Parboiling

Clean paddy is soaked in hot water and steamed under pressure — driving nutrients into the grain, gelatinising the starch, and producing the firm, separate texture that Sella and Golden Sella buyers demand worldwide.

Steam pressure · Nutrient retention · Shelf life extension
De-Stoning & HuskingMilling
04

De-Stoning & Husking

Paddy moves through a de-stoner using specific gravity to remove remaining stones, then the husker removes the outer shell using rubber rollers — releasing brown rice without cracking the grain.

Gravity de-stoning · Rubber roller husking · Husk aspiration
Whitening & PolishingMilling
05

Whitening & Polishing

Brown rice passes through whiteners that abrade the bran layer, then water polishers create the smooth silky surface of premium white rice. For Brown Basmati orders this stage is bypassed — preserving bran and all nutrients.

Abrasive whitening · Water polishing · Brown bypass option
Sorting & GradingGrading
06

Sorting & Grading

Length graders separate head rice from broken grains. Optical colour sortex machines then reject discoloured, chalky, or damaged grains at high speed — delivering a uniform, premium-grade output every time.

Length grading · Optical colour sortex · Broken % controlled
Lab TestingQuality
07

Lab Testing

Every batch is tested in our on-site laboratory — grain length, moisture, whiteness, broken percentage, and pesticide residue against EU MRL limits — before packing is authorised. Full test reports available to every buyer.

Grain length · Moisture · Pesticide MRL · Broken % · Whiteness
Weighing & BaggingPacking
08

Weighing & Bagging

Approved rice is weighed precisely and packed to your specification — retail bags, bulk PP/BOPP bags, or jute sacks. Custom printing and private labelling are handled in-house. Bags are stitched, labelled, and stacked for container loading.

1kg – 50kg packs · Private label · BOPP / Jute / PP options
